Council 33 President and Reginal Vice President To Vist FCC Florence.

Council President Bryan Lowry and North Central Region Vice President Mike Rule will be at the FCC Tuesday and Wednesday this week to conduct training for the three Local Eboards. Union members are invited to attend the training at the Holliday Inn Express in Canon City and meet Bryan and Mike.

During the lunch hour, Bryan and other union officials will conduct an interview on the Union Edge Talk Radio with Charles Showalter (www.theunionedge.com). You can listen to the program streamed over the internet or download it for later listening. Bryan will talk about the current staffing issues in the BOP and how it impacts on the decision by the Obama administration to house the Gitmo detainees in the United States.
